Were currently seeking a proactive and detail focusedCollections Officerto join our this role youll manage accounts in early arrears identify potential hardship cases and support general collections activities.
To be successful youll have strong communication skills sound judgement along with the ability to meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality. Familiarity with banking systems (ULTRACS preferred) and Microsoft Office and a basic understanding of relevant legislation such as the National Consumer Credit Protection Act and Privacy Act is advantageous.
