Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Plant Manager to take charge of technical operations and plant maintenance lead a skilled team of engineers and technicians and drive the successful delivery of projects on behalf of our client.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement technical strategies to meet company objectives.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends emerging technologies and best practices.
Provide technical guidance and expertise to teams and stakeholders.
Plan coordinate and execute technical projects from inception to completion.
Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and budget.
Identify and mitigate risks to project success.
Lead and mentor a team of engineers developers or technical staff.
Conduct performance evaluations training and skill development programs.
Develop implement and maintain efficient workflows and processes.
Ensure compliance with industry standards safety regulations and quality assurance.
Optimize systems to improve productivity and cost-effectiveness.
Provide technical support and problem resolution for clients customers or internal teams.
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues promptly.

Key Skills:

At least 15 years experience as a practicing Engineer with at least 5 at a senior / executive level.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Experience in project management and team leadership.
Proficiency in relevant technical tools software and frameworks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Extensive manufacturing and project management experience.
Experience with ISO Quality Management Systems and Good Manufacturing Practices.
