Job Description

ATCOs Australian operations are headquartered in Perth Western Australia and specialise in creating innovative customer focused energy and infrastructure solutions. ATCO owns and operates Western Australias largest gas distribution network with more than 850000 connection points and 14500km of pipelines.

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator for a 2 year fixed term contract to join the team in Jandakot WA. This role plays a key part in supporting the smooth operation of our Supply Chain team through project updates managing financial coordination and maintaining strong internal and external relationships. The role ensures efficient document handling access control and record-keeping contributing to the teams effectiveness.

Whatll Get To Do:

  • Prepare timely and accurate reports to support smooth execution of Supply Chain activities.

  • Administer controls for vendor qualification purchase compliance and contract workflows with precision and compliance including improvement of data accuracy and reporting.

  • Maintain effective relationships and ensure quotes subscriptions approvals and invoices progress to support team operations.

  • Keep records for PPE issue vehicles facilities and equipment up to date.

  • Coordinating process guideline preparation (incl. writing) document registers/management and access controls.

  • Support leaders with incident reviews meeting scheduling and general team coordination to ensure operational efficiency.

EXPOSURE & EXPERIENCE

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Certificate or relevant course in a related field is beneficial but not essential.

  • Experience in supply chain coordination administration or similar roles with exposure to project and financial coordination.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with suppliers contractors and internal teams.

  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments.

  • Clear and professional communication skills both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a strong commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
