We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Event Coordinator to join our this role you will assist in planning organizing and executing events that create meaningful experiences for clients and guests. This position is ideal for someone eager to grow their career in event management and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
Support the planning and execution of events including meetings conferences corporate gatherings and social functions.
Assist with vendor coordination including catering décor entertainment and venue logistics.
Help manage event timelines budgets and schedules to ensure smooth operations.
Provide on-site support during events including setup registration guest assistance and breakdown.
Conduct research on venues suppliers and event trends.
Prepare event materials such as invitations schedules and signage.
Gather post-event feedback and assist with reporting on event performance.
Maintain strong communication with clients vendors and internal teams.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to changing needs.
Basic knowledge of event planning or customer service experience is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn event software/tools.
