Job Description

We are seeking a highly qualified Immigration Program Manager to lead and coordinate all our immigration activities in Vietnam. This role involves close oversight of the end-to-end immigration processes ensuring compliance with Vietnamese immigration laws and providing strategic guidance to internal teams and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will act as the subject matter expert be a strong advocate for positive employee experience.


  • Bachelors degree in Law Business Administration Human Resources or related field.
  • Demonstrated ability with 5 years of experience in Vietnam immigration.
  • In-depth knowledge of Vietnams immigration laws labor laws and corporate compliance requirements.
  • Experience liaising with Vietnamese government bodies and immigration authorities.
  • Strong project management skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English (spoken and written).


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach.
  • Client-focused mindset with the ability to build trusted relationships.
  • Prior experience in an in-house role or consultancy firm is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with global immigration policies beyond Vietnam is a plus.
