Are you a passionate and experienced Mental Health or AOD professional ready to support whnau and young adults across Wellington
T Ora Compass Health is looking for a dedicated Mental Health Professional to join our multidisciplinary mental health team. You will deliver high-quality evidence-based psychological interventions and coordinate care across community and primary settingsempowering clients to achieve positive health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver psychological assessments and interventions (individual and group)
Engage with young adults whnau and community partners to create care plans that address mental health AOD
and wellbeing needs
Maintain strong relationships with general practices NGOs and secondary care providers
Champion equity cultural safety and Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles in all work
Contribute to destigmatising mental health in the community
What Were Looking For
Minimum 2 years experience in mental health and/or AOD work with young adults
Registered health professional with current APC
Strong communication time management and cultural competency
Able to work both independently and as part of a diverse collaborative team
Commitment to ongoing learning and equity-driven practice
Desirable:
Understanding of best-practice psychological approaches
Experience in primary care settings and use of Medtech or other PMS
