You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailYou will join our Talent Acquisition team to help support the our resourcing activities. The key responsibilities
of the role will be to:
Carry out jobs postings and perform phone screen candidates
Schedule shortlisted candidates for interviews
Monitor and track progress of shortlisted candidates during the recruitment process
Arrange for pre-recruitment medical checkup and other formalities
Prepare employment contracts and other related documentation
General administrative duties including updating HR systems
Requirements
Possess at least NITEC qualifications
At least 1 year relevant work experience in a resourcing function in particular the end-to-end recruitment process.
Proficient in MS Office and prior experience using Peoplesoft
Must be a good team player and able to work independently
Strong organizational skills with the ability to deal with high volume of work
Results driven and meticulous
