Youll join a collaborative and forward-thinking HR function supporting one of our most innovative business this role youll charge for recruiting training and employee activities. In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Complete recruitment tasks according to the requirements of the department. Including salary staff and hourly staff. Assists in setting up recruitment policies.
  • Responsible for the job information delivery collection and preliminary screening of resume interview arrangement and so on.
  • Coordinate employee monthly activities such as birthday party and so on.
  • Coordinate employee yearly activities such as badminton games/Culture week and so on.
  • Conduct training yearly survey and help to choose training suppliers according to different needs.
  • Doing orientation for new staffs and Evaluation of training effect.
  • Support HR Director with AP affairs and Update Org Chart as required.
  • Manage employment Labor contractor and EMP and Update HR report as request.

Who You Are:

The HR Specialist will collaborate closely with HR Team. This role delivering comprehensive HR support across the employee lifecycle. Youll play a pivotal role in driving our people initiatives forward fostering a positive and responsive employee experience and championing continuous improvement to elevate HR excellence across the business.

For This Role You Will Need:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or related field
  • 5 years of progressive HR experience with 3 or more years in a recruiting HR role
  • Demonstrated success in talent development coaching and organizational effectiveness
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform HR strategy
  • Experience in fast-paced global or matrixed environments
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and influence skills

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced high-tech or innovative industry environment
  • Advanced degree (Bachelors or higher) in Human Resources Organizational Development Business Administration or related field
  • Strong knowledge of HR technologies data analytics tools and metrics-driven HR strategies
