In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Complete recruitment tasks according to the requirements of the department. Including salary staff and hourly staff. Assists in setting up recruitment policies.
- Responsible for the job information delivery collection and preliminary screening of resume interview arrangement and so on.
- Coordinate employee monthly activities such as birthday party and so on.
- Coordinate employee yearly activities such as badminton games/Culture week and so on.
- Conduct training yearly survey and help to choose training suppliers according to different needs.
- Doing orientation for new staffs and Evaluation of training effect.
- Support HR Director with AP affairs and Update Org Chart as required.
- Manage employment Labor contractor and EMP and Update HR report as request.
Who You Are:
The HR Specialist will collaborate closely with HR Team. This role delivering comprehensive HR support across the employee lifecycle. Youll play a pivotal role in driving our people initiatives forward fostering a positive and responsive employee experience and championing continuous improvement to elevate HR excellence across the business.
For This Role You Will Need:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or related field
- 5 years of progressive HR experience with 3 or more years in a recruiting HR role
- Demonstrated success in talent development coaching and organizational effectiveness
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform HR strategy
- Experience in fast-paced global or matrixed environments
- Excellent interpersonal communication and influence skills
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Proven experience in a fast-paced high-tech or innovative industry environment
- Advanced degree (Bachelors or higher) in Human Resources Organizational Development Business Administration or related field
- Strong knowledge of HR technologies data analytics tools and metrics-driven HR strategies
