Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management Psychology or equivalent; with expereince in recruitment work is an advantage
Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end process of recruitment which includes coordinating job posts reviewing resumes administering the pre-employment exam interviewing applicants and performing reference checks.
- Partner with schools for graduate lists brand building activities
- Explore and expand traditional and alternative sources of talents
- Seek to gain a deeper understanding of each job vacancys unique requirements.
- Consult with members of the Management team to ensure that the right candidates are being placed into the right position.
- Analyze the recruitment process performance prepares recruitment reports recommends changes to improve the recruitment process.
- Prepare and execute job offers and ensure candidates completion of pre-employment requirements. Keep updated with new trends and technologies in recruitment selection and hiring
- Train new team members and keep the team working productively to meet goals
