Job Description

Recruiting Coordinator (Contract Role)
Location: Singapore or Manila (Onsite 5 days per week)
Contract Duration: 3-6 months

Were looking for a detail-oriented and proactive recruiting coordinator to support our fast-paced JAPAC Talent Acquisition team. This is a contract role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys coordinating processes managing systems and creating a great candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics across multiple time zones

  • Maintain accurate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

  • Communicate with candidates throughout the interview process to ensure a smooth and positive experience

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support end-to-end recruitment processes

Qualifications:

  • 13 years of experience in a coordination recruiting or people ops/HR support role

  • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfortable working across time zones and managing scheduling complexity

  • Familiarity with ATS (Greenhouse or Workday) and Google Suite products is a plus
