Recruiting Coordinator (Contract Role)
Location: Singapore or Manila (Onsite 5 days per week)
Contract Duration: 3-6 months
Were looking for a detail-oriented and proactive recruiting coordinator to support our fast-paced JAPAC Talent Acquisition team. This is a contract role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys coordinating processes managing systems and creating a great candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics across multiple time zones
Maintain accurate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Communicate with candidates throughout the interview process to ensure a smooth and positive experience
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support end-to-end recruitment processes
Qualifications:
13 years of experience in a coordination recruiting or people ops/HR support role
Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working across time zones and managing scheduling complexity
Familiarity with ATS (Greenhouse or Workday) and Google Suite products is a plus
