Job Overview
Overseeing the restaurants daily operations to ensure exceptional food quality outstanding service customer satisfaction and a seamless workflow. Managing staff inventory and budgets while fostering a welcoming and efficient environment.
Primary Duties:
- Overseeing the restaurants operations to ensure excellent service and food standards.
- Managing training and scheduling restaurant personnel effectively.
- Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating timely supply orders.
- Addressing guest inquiries concerns and feedback professionally.
- Working closely with the kitchen team on menu development and special promotions.
- Enforcing compliance with health safety and hygiene regulations.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management with strong leadership capabilities.
- Outstanding communication organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in budgeting inventory control and food safety standards.
