- Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing/ Production
- Position Title: Service Parts Administrator/Warehouse Admin
- Working Location: Kallang
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday 9AM to 6PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary AWS Variable Bonus Medical Benefits
- Duration: 1 year contract (Convertible to Permanent Role)
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee comprehensive management of the Service Warehouse including data entry monitoring and maintaining accurate records of service inventory along with regular housekeeping and stock assessments.
- Facilitate the transfer of parts between the service department and the main warehouse.
- Produce monthly reports for the Service Manager.
- Conduct regular operational checks at the Call Centre.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as required.

- GCE O Levels/Diploma
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Familiarity with SAP B1 is beneficial (training will be provided)
