Accounts Payable Administrator (Fixed Term) Full time

Were on the hunt for a skilled and motivated Accounts Payable Administrator to join the team to support the business moving to a new financial system. This is an ongoing contract assignment with the potential to transition to a permanent role over time.

In addition to the above you will:

  • Processing invoices accurately and on time
  • Assisting with purchase order entry and approvals
  • Supporting the transition to a new financial system
  • Responding to queries from suppliers and internal teams
  • Managing supplier payments and reconciling statements
  • Providing general finance and administration support as required

Were looking for someone with:

  • Previous experience in accounts payable or finance administration
  • Confident using finance/accounting systems adaptable to learning new ones
  • High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
  • Can-do attitude
  • Problem-solver with great communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
  • Existing right to work in New Zealand (sponsorship not available)
