Job Description
- Install configure and maintain SAP systems and related components
- Perform system upgrades patches and support package implementations
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP Basis-related issues
- Implement and maintain backup and recovery procedures
- Provide technical support and guidance and manage user accounts roles and authorisations
- plan and control migrations
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices
Qualifications :
- fluent English
- experience in SAP Basis administration
- Knowledge of ITIL processes
- Experience with SAP implementation and upgrade projects
