DescriptionIn this position you will work closely with sales representatives to identify customer needs for technical workforce development drive opportunity qualification and lead proposal activities for optimal learning solutions.
- Pre-sales activities to drive opportunity qualification
- Identify training-related business opportunities within target accounts
- Conduct customer interviews to understand needs and develop solution hypotheses
- Create and present proposals in collaboration with the account team
- Strategy development and framework design for training proposals
- Plan opportunity development strategies tailored to target segments
- Design value messaging to distinguish paid services from freely available content
- Optimize market approach leveraging Japanese content especially for customers with limited training budgets
- Learning solution design and enhancement
- Design learning solutions across Oracle Technology domains including Oracle Cloud Oracle Database and AI
- Support customers in building structured learning paths aligned with their workforce development and IT strategies
- Project management (post-sales)
- Manage implementation projects for training services from kick-off to completion
Act as the customer contact to ensure smooth project execution
ResponsibilitiesYou are expected to play the following roles across different stages of the sales cycle:
- Lead pre-sales activities for opportunity development
- Collaborate with sales to drive proposal activities for customers with training needs
- Develop hypotheses and construct proposals that address specific customer challenges
- Build and execute strategic proposal approaches
- Leverage team strengths (e.g. Japanese content paid training programs) to articulate value in the AI/cloud era
- Understand the specific characteristics of the IT training industry and design repeatable proposal models
- Design and promote learning solutions
- Propose learning paths that align with customers business and workforce strategies
- Recommend effective training plans reflecting evolving priorities in OCI AI and other key technology areas
- Act as the primary contact for project execution
- Serve as the point of contact during the post-sales phase to manage customer relationships
