Your Role:
As a Recruitment & Sales Consultant you will build and manage the whole recruitment cycle:
- Build Your Network: Acquire clients via the phone. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates in your niche market.
- Consult & Advise: Act as a trusted advisor helping clients find the right talent for their business needs.
- Source Talent: Identify qualify and engage freelance experts ( candidates) for key roles.
- Close Deals: Negotiate mutually beneficial agreements and support candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Own Your Success: Take full ownership of your portfolio driving growth and results in a high-energy entrepreneurial setting.
What Were Looking For:
- Language Skills: C1-C2 level proficiency in Dutch or German. If C2 level a minimum of 1-2 years of B2B sales business development agency recruitment or similar is required
- Experience: We hire at all levels but experience in B2B sales or telecommunications is a big plus!
- Attitude: Determined ambitious and eager to thrive in a competitive yet supportive environment
- Location: Residing in or planning to relocate to Amsterdam area.
