Key Responsibilities
Key Deliverables
- Meeting the new business and order booking targets for the zone / region / company.
- Ensure developing SOW for the new customer in consultation with solutions team
- Formulate and execute market-focused strategies for the region to establish a strong position for TVSSCS and new capabilities to be offered in the coming year.
- Develop Business Proposals as per the requirement of the customers.
- Identify relevant and potential geographies to expand business in the respective zone
Customers
- Respond to corporate customer RFI RFQ (Request for Information Request for Quote) and Tenders
- Respond to corporate customer needs/enquiries/complaints
- Customer profiling and business forecasts to ensure continuous availability of business
Problem Complexity / Process
- Ensure developing Statement of Work for the new large customer in consultation with solutions team as per the requirement of the customers.
- Map all the identified Key Accounts for the vertical / region.
- Create a detailed customer plan for each customer in the portfolio.
- Grow business based on the target set for each of the customer as per the strategy
- Ensuring SOPs & SLAs are properly understood & implemented by Operations team.
- Review SOP & SLAs to ensure operational excellence.
People Management
- Plan organize and work with colleagues from product and customer service departments to deliver up to the customers requirement.
- Manage the allocation of appropriate resources and commitment of staff to the achievement of country objectives and targets.
- Use escalation to department heads judiciously to ensure service delivery
Budgeting
- Oversee smooth flow of receivables and ensure outstanding collection is within the agreed credit period with all new business customers
- Ensures payments are received on time until operations take over.
Supplier Relationship Management
- Create Supplier data base of all potential suppliers for our needs
- Lead RFQs audits and prototyping process to create business case for the shortlisted supplier(s)
- Responsible to present the final business case proposal including Risk Assessment / Gap Analysis and plans to close these actions to Steering Group ensuring supplier start up decision is taken.
- Identify the clusters for supplier base and prioritize clusters
