Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Generate leads through references networking and cold calling.
Understand customers financial needs and recommend appropriate insurance products (life health general etc.).
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Provide post-sales support and maintain long-term customer engagement.
Collaborate with the branch team underwriters and product specialists for seamless service delivery.
Stay updated on insurance products industry trends and competitor offerings.
