ITIL knowledge monitor SLA/KPI adherence and support continuous service improvement
Vendor Management (Must Have)
Manage and collaborate with external service providers. Ensure service quality and contract compliance
Escalation & Incident Management
Manage ticket escalations and general issue resolution. Lead alignment calls with stakeholders as needed
Communication Skills (Must Have)
Exhibit strong verbal and written communication abilities. Engage effectively with internal teams and external partners
Process Documentation & Compliance
Create and maintain process documentation. Support knowledge management and demonstrate awareness of compliance and vulnerability remediation practices
