Primary Responsibilities
Oversee all marketing campaigns for the company or department
Implement strategy
Promote a business product or service
Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective
customers and retain existing ones
Representing the marketing team to cross-functional groups including product
management sales or customer support
Updating senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the
results of campaigns
Operational:
- Coordination Between Production SCM and Marketing
- Planning for actual vs expectation
- Meetings with Local Clients and Customers & address the issues
- Good Knowledge on RFQ
- Work closely with production /Planning and QA departments in addressing customer
complaints in a timely and effective manner
- Conduct active business development activities and identify potential business
opportunities from multiple channels for the consideration of the management council.
- Gain expertise in predicting technical changes at the customers end to ensure that
required expectations are met through tool development.
- Manage critical key accounts and ensure revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in industry forums/ exhibitions and work with corporate communications to
ensure adequate coverage in the press.
- Continuously monitor pricing patterns and customer perception of value/quality within
the market.
