Job Description

Location: Zacatecas Mexico (onsite)

What Youll Be Doing:

Manage the sites training team and oversee all training programs
Ensure induction training for all new hires is timely and complete
Assist department leaders in identifying training needs
Develop monitor and update the Annual Training Plan aligned with company strategy
Track effectiveness of training programs and develop improvement strategies
Support resource management and training approvals
Maintain job descriptions and ensure alignment with job roles (RASIC)
Ensure all training documentation is complete and compliant (records attendance certifications)
Serve as a key contact for audits and compliance reviews related to training
Promote a culture of environmental awareness proper resource use and waste separation
Support corrective actions stemming from customer complaints or audit findings
Share corporate policies and procedures with the team to ensure awareness and compliance

What Were Looking For:

Bachelors degree in Administration Industrial Engineering or Education

1-2 years of relevant experience in training/education coordination

Experience in automotive manufacturing IATF 16949 ISO 14000 ISO 14001

Experience managing training for multiple departments and functions

Familiarity with CSR QMS (SGC) EMS (SGA) and customer audit requirements

Leadership and communication skills

Knowledge of training methods and adult learning principles
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office) Excel
Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience in manufacturing or industrial settings
Certification in Audits

Power BI intermediate advanced experience
