Job Description
Location: Milton Keynes (with travel to Bedford and Bagshot)
Department: HR
Reports To: Head of Talent
Full-time 37.5 hours/week (MonFri 08:3017:00 with flexibility to support a 24/7 workforce)
At Lantmnnen Unibake were looking for a proactive and highly organised Talent & Training Advisor to join our Human Resources team. Are you passionate about people development and training excellence
What Youll Be Doing
- Lead the administration and coordination of training programs including compliance and mandatory training
- Manage training calendars employee records and online training modules
- Support the delivery of Leadership Development Programs and Early Careers initiatives
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to enhance onboarding and employer branding
- Develop and deliver learning materials including digital content using Articulate and other platforms
- Administer CIEH licenses and maintain accurate training documentation
