Job Description

Job Summary: SuccessFactors Analytics Lead / People Analytics Lead

Location: Anywhere India Location (Temp Remote)
Contract Duration: 7 months
Experience Required: 10-15 years overall minimum 8 years in SuccessFactors Functional
Shift Timing: 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST

### Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design development and maintenance of the HR data platform by collecting aggregating integrating and organizing HR data from multiple sources.
- Synthesize HR data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for process improvements.
- Develop maintain and own ongoing metrics reports analyses and dashboards to support key business decisions.
- Utilize SuccessFactors People Analytics Tableau and other BI tools for data analysis ensuring accuracy frequency and quality.
- Manage and work with incomplete/messy data deciding on data processing and maintenance methods.
- Maintain documentation related to datasets ensuring consistency in data language calculations and definitions across the team.
- Ensure timely access to HR data and report outputs for users by managing HR Tableau SuccessFactors reports and People Analytics.
- Create and publish data visualizations integrating data from various sources to Tableau server.
- Generate ad hoc and recurring reports to support business needs and scalable solutions for repeat requests.
- Support reporting needs across all HR functions (talent acquisition performance management workforce planning training payroll compliance etc.).
- Peer review development work and perform quality control/validation of data as needed.
- Represent HR reporting in project and problem-solving meetings.
- Support new system implementations upgrades and releases from a reporting perspective (including updates and testing).
- Provide data consultation for integration development.
- Collaborate closely with HRIS and IT teams to build required reports and present data.
- Train HR organization members in advanced analytics methods and data management principles.
- Recommend and influence business process or system enhancements to improve reporting capabilities.
- Lead and promote data literacy and quality assurance within HR and related teams.
- Maintain hands-on knowledge of all SuccessFactors modules and reporting tools.

### Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 8 years of functional experience with SuccessFactors (including Analytics and People Analytics modules).
- Hands-on expertise in data visualization and reporting tools preferably Tableau.
- Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college.
- 10 years of HR experience including HR analytics and data management.
- Strong database management skills (merging cleaning analyzing large datasets).
- High attention to detail strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with BI tools like Tableau Business Objects SQL MS Access and data modeling.
- Demonstrated initiative and adaptability in dynamic environments.
- Experience managing work streams identifying project issues and escalating as needed.
- 3 full life-cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors (planning configuration go-live).
- Certification in at least one SuccessFactors module (preferably People Analytics).
- Ability to ensure confidentiality and manage secure sharing of HR data and reports.
