Job Description
Outbound Mailroom Team Lead
Location: Onsite/Lexington KY
Pay: &17.00/hr.
Hours: 10:00am to 6:30pm
Monday-Friday
About the Outbound Mailroom Team Lead Role
The individual who fills this position will be responsible for managing a team of 15-20 members. The team handles a large volume of outbound mail that needs to be sent out timely every day. As a Team Lead you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the team and work closely with the employees. You will assist with managing workload ensuring targets are met in a timely fashion and assist the team in troubleshooting any issues.
Job Responsibilities:
- Process timesheets and payroll
- Monitor team activity
- Maintain order in the work room
- Responsible for disciplinary action
- Be ready to work hands on to meet deadlines
- Assist with hiring new team members
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of leadership experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Time management skills
- Must be over 18 years of age
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED
- Must pass a background check
- Able to lift up to 25lbs
- Must have a valid drivers license

The estimated salary range for this role is $31920- $39900.
