We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead our human resources function ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a high-performance employee-centric culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations recruitment compliance and employee engagement preferably within the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Streamline HR operations and processes for greater efficiency and scalability.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing to support organizational efficiency.
- Oversee compensation and benefits strategy in line with market trends and internal equity.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws regulatory requirements and company HR policies.
- Manage performance management systems (PMS) to drive productivity and growth.
- Design and implement employee engagement and cultural development initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to management on all HR-related matters.
- Maintain HRIS systems and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
Qualification & Experience:
- MBA/BBA in Human Resources or a related field.
- 7 to 10 years of progressive HR experience.
- Prior experience in the Real Estate industry is highly desirable.
