Role Insight:
The role is for a Finance & HR Compliance Manager a detail-oriented professional who can handle recruitment accounting and legal compliance. The selected candidate will be crucial in ensuring the organizations smooth financial and operational functioning.
This is a remote position but it requires occasional travel which may take up to 20% of the working time.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Financial Management: Overseeing daily accounting activities preparing monthly financial reports and managing accounts payable/receivable. The manager will also handle GST filings TDS and other statutory compliances. They will also coordinate with Chartered Accountants for audits financial statements and taxation matters.
Human Resources Management: Leading the complete recruitment process from job postings to onboarding. Other duties include managing employee records payroll and benefits administration. The role also involves supporting employee engagement and performance management initiatives facilitating training and development programs and addressing HR issues.
Compliance & Legal Management: Ensuring compliance with local state and central laws and regulations overseeing organizational policies and managing legal documentation.
Operational & Strategic Support: Assisting with developing and implementing operational processes and procedures and supporting administrative activities. The role also involves providing insights to the leadership team based on financial and HR metrics and assisting with strategic planning and budgeting.
