Tasks
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the companys financial transactions ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements including balance sheets income statements and cash flow statements to provide insights into the companys financial performance.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes ensuring timely payments and accurate invoicing to maintain strong vendor and client relationships.
- Coordinate and assist in the preparation of budget forecasts monitoring expenditures and revenues to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Conduct regular audits and reconciliations of financial data to identify discrepancies implement corrective actions and ensure the integrity of financial records.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or financial management preferably in the apparel manufacturing industry.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and other departments.
