Job Description:

Job Title : Zoho Books Accountant (Functional Consultant)

Job Type : Full-Time / Contract

Experience : 3-8 Years

Location : Hyderabad Telangana (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

Configure customize and implement Zoho Books as per the clients business needs.
Manage full accounting setup including the Chart of Accounts GST TDS and compliance reports.
Analyze existing financial workflows and recommend process improvements within Zoho Books.
Collaborate with clients to automate reports invoice flows and reconciliation processes.
Work closely with technical teams for integrations with other Zoho and third-party applications.
Provide user training documentation and post-implementation support.
Apply strong accounting knowledge (P&L Balance Sheet Journal Entries etc.) to ensure data accuracy.
Leverage experience with India-specific accounting standards and statutory requirements.
Maintain excellent communication with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.
Exposure to multiple Zoho modules (CRM Inventory Expense) and Zoho Certification will be an added advantage.

Qualification:

Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
