Your Role:
As an HR Generalist you will be an integral part of our HR department at our HQ in Tirana. You will be responsible for personnel management and a wide range of administrative activities ensuring a seamless HR experience for our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative tasks related to hiring processes including issuing contracts extensions and terminations
- Maintain accurate document archiving
- Address employee requests and resolve HR-related issues
- Track employee attendance and manage timekeeping records
- Oversee payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate payments
- Monitor and coordinate mandatory safety training and related compliance activities
Your Profile:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar HR role within a modern well-structured organization
- Demonstrated management organizational analytical planning and control skills
- Excellent command of the English language Italian is a plus.
- Proven capability to manage and support employees at various levels within the organization
