Employee Engagement Initiatives:
Design and implement programs to enhance employee engagement which could include activities surveys or recognition programs.
Coordinate employee engagement plans and execute related activities.
Foster open communication and a sense of belonging within the organization.
Training:
Coordinating training sessions scheduling and ensuring a positive learning environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
Graduate/ Post-graduate preferably in Human Resource (BA BMM MHRM MHRD)
Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition recruitment preferably with exposure to HR operations or a generalist HR role.
Good written and verbal communication to effectively interact with candidates employees managers and external partners.
Experience in sourcing techniques candidate assessment interview techniques and developing recruitment strategies.
Ability to manage multiple priorities tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Ensuring accuracy in documentation processes and candidate information.
Analyzing recruitment metrics identifying trends and developing solutions for improved processes.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) HRIS and other relevant software and tools
Ability to effectively negotiate with candidates and stakeholders
Willingness to learn
