Job Description

Currently we are looking for thelient Partner to join our Client Partnership organization. The Client Partner is responsible for identifying and developing opportunities for business growth across a dynamic portfolio of existing accounts (Medium and High priority) within our IT outsourcing business. This role engages with clients on an on-demand basis as needs and opportunities arise and contributes directly to delivery expansion.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Pre-Sales & Proposal Management:

  • Provides comprehensive support for Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposal (RFPs).
  • Conducts in-depthresearch into client-specific business strategy technology strategy and account structure including analysis of annual reports.
  • Develops company services and expertise presentations and delivers them to target audiences.
  • Develops detailed proposals for cooperation within identified opportunities and manages their closure to contract signing.
  • Prepares thoroughly for client meetings ensuring all necessary materials (e.g. presentations discussion points) are in place writes meeting minutes and keeps track of next steps.
  • Provides dedicated support throughout the sales cycle for new opportunities including slides preparation and proposal refinement manages internal teams for the successful proposals preparation within the agreed upfront deadlines.

2. Account Operations & Administration:

  • Manages CRM housekeeping maintaining accurate and up-to-date client information.
  • Keeps track of SOW Purchase Order and Contract expiration dates and proactively follows up with customers to ensure timely contract prolongation.
  • Makes internal reporting on accounts status and development activities according to established procedures.
  • Provides essential administrative support primarily focused on internal coordination for seamless client engagement.

3. Strategic Account Development & Growth:

  • Identifies new opportunities for upselling and expanding services with clients across the assigned portfolio or accounts assigned on an on-demand basis.
  • Creates keeps up-to-date and executes comprehensive Account Development Plans (including Account Studies Stakeholders Maps Engaging Stakeholders Offering Matches and Opportunity identification) for activated accounts or opportunities.
  • Generates and nurtures engagement with stakeholders effectively identifying relevant offering matches and converting them into actionable opportunities over time.
  • Proactively monitors stakeholder changes identifies relevant offering matches for them converts them into opportunities over time and initiates new client engagements from such activities.

Qualifications and Performance Standards:

  • Education: Masters degree (M. Sc.) in Economics Computer Science Applied Math Business Administration Marketing or a similar field.
  • 5 years of progressive experience in IT service companies.
  • At least 3 years of experience as part of technical sales project or account management teams.
  • Language Proficiency: Advanced English is required.
  • Proficiency in business correspondence and effective communication with diverse stakeholders from middle management to C-level executives.
  • Strong ability to work with legal documentation addressing cooperation commercial compliance and legal requirements from opportunities to corresponding contract terms.
  • Excellent skills in preparing comprehensive documentation for bids offers commercial proposals RFIs and RFPs.
  • Proven experience working with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot or similar).
  • Proactive outspoken and highly effective communicator and presenter.
  • Possesses high Emotional Intelligence (EQ).
  • Disciplined and results-oriented.
  • Ready for frequent business trips.
