We are looking for a motivated and strategic Advertising Agent to join our growing team in Cincinnati. In this role you will develop and execute advertising strategies that align with client goals manage client relationships and work closely with our creative team to deliver high-impact campaigns. The ideal candidate has a blend of creativity analytical skills and client service expertise.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement advertising strategies across print digital and broadcast platforms
Collaborate with clients to understand their goals budgets and target audiences
Coordinate with creative and media planning teams to bring campaigns to life
Analyze advertising campaign performance and prepare reports for clients
Identify new advertising opportunities and trends to maximize ROI
Maintain regular communication with clients and internal teams
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Advertising Communications or a related field
1-3 years of experience in advertising or a client-facing marketing role
Strong understanding of advertising platforms and media buying strategies
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and results-oriented approach
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
