Accurately log and update all call information
Attend training sessions and meet KPIs
Collaborate with team leads and internal support teams
German language level: Minimum B2
English language level: Minimum B1
Must be able to work on-site in New Cairo

Dropouts must be aged 27 or above
Males: Rotational shifts 24/7
Females: Rotational shifts up to 2:00 AM
Salary: Up to 33000 EGP NET/month
