Job Description
We are currently seeking a professional and motivated Communications Agent to join our team in Birmingham AL. This role involves crafting clear concise and compelling communications across internal and external channels. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented an excellent writer and capable of managing communication initiatives from concept to completion.
Responsibilities
Draft and edit internal and external communications reports and presentations
Assist in the development of company-wide communication strategies
Coordinate with different departments to ensure messaging alignment
Monitor and respond to communication trends and feedback
Support in organizing company events briefings and campaigns
Maintain consistent tone and brand voice across all platforms
Prepare communication materials for executive leadership
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations English or a related field
1-3 years of experience in a communications or writing-based role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work collaboratively and independently
Familiarity with corporate communication practices and internal messaging systems
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
