As a System Administrator you will be responsible for maintaining monitoring and troubleshooting a variety of server environments across Linux and Windows platforms. You should have hands-on experience with cloud services (AWS/Azure) web servers database systems and email servers. This is a hands-on role that requires technical proficiency and a proactive approach to system stability and performance.

What you will do:
Install configure and maintain Linux and Windows servers
Manage and support cloud environments (AWS Azure) for daily operations
Deploy configure and maintain web servers such as Apache Nginx IIS
Administer database servers including MySQL MS SQL and MongoDB
Set up and troubleshoot email servers (e.g. Postfix Exim SmarterMail Microsoft 365)
Monitor system performance uptime and security
Perform regular backups and ensure data integrity
Respond to service outages and incidents in a timely manner
Apply security patches updates and conduct basic hardening
Assist in network configurations (firewalls DNS IP assignments etc.)
Maintain documentation for systems configurations and procedures
Collaborate with senior admins and technical support teams as needed
Requirements
2 years of experience in system administration
Good understanding of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
Proficiency in Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS) and Windows Server administration
Hands-on experience with Apache Nginx and/or IIS
Familiarity with MySQL MS SQL and/or MongoDB
Experience working with email servers and basic troubleshooting
Understanding of network basics including TCP/IP DNS and VPNs
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if required) and on-call support
Good written and verbal communication skills --- Preferred (Not Mandatory)
Exposure to basic DevOps tools like Docker Git or Ansible
Knowledge of monitoring tools like Zabbix Nagios or Prometheus
Basic scripting knowledge (Bash PowerShell or Python)

Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; MBA preferred. Experience: 3-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, with a proven track record of achieving revenue growth. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with [specific industry] and its market dynamics, trends, and challenges. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively. Negotiation & Persuasion: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and create win-win outcomes for the business and clients. CRM Expertise: Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho to track leads, deals, and progress.
