Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Human Resources Intern to join our HR team for a 6-month unpaid internship. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or students seeking to gain practical experience in the HR field and develop essential skills that will support their future career in human capital management.

Job Description:

As an HR Intern you will support the HR department in day-to-day administrative tasks and HR projects. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding process (posting jobs scheduling interviews contacting candidates)

  • Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases

  • Supporting in preparing HR documents presentations and reports

  • Assisting in organizing employee engagement activities and training sessions

  • Participating in internal HR meetings and contributing ideas for improvement

  • Providing general administrative support to the HR team as needed


Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree (completed or in progress) in Human Resources Management Business Administration or a related field
  • Availability to commit to a 6-month unpaid internship (minimum 30 hours per week)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
  • Positive attitude willingness to learn and ability to handle confidential information professionally
