We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Human Resources Intern to join our HR team for a 6-month unpaid internship. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or students seeking to gain practical experience in the HR field and develop essential skills that will support their future career in human capital management.
As an HR Intern you will support the HR department in day-to-day administrative tasks and HR projects. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding process (posting jobs scheduling interviews contacting candidates)
Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases
Supporting in preparing HR documents presentations and reports
Assisting in organizing employee engagement activities and training sessions
Participating in internal HR meetings and contributing ideas for improvement
Providing general administrative support to the HR team as needed
Valuable on-the-job training and mentorship from experienced HR professionals
Certificate of completion and reference letter upon successful internship completion

Education
