As a Senior HR Manager the new colleague will play a key role in structuring coordinating and operationally executing all HR processes at group level. The objective of the role is to support the implementation of the Human Resources strategy by developing teams and driving performance through a people-centered organizational culture.
Youll be part of a team of 20 enthusiastic and motivated HR experts and will report directly to the Human Resources Director. You will be responsible for the consistent implementation and monitoring of HR policies across all company locations and will act as a bridge between strategy and execution between the headquarters and field operations between leadership and local teamsfully involved in all functional HR areas.
You will be working from our modern office located in Ana Tower (Bdul Poligrafiei Nr. 1A) Mon-Fri 8:30-17:30.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Retention: Lead recruitment processes for critical roles optimize sourcing channels and collaborate with the HR and operations teams on retention measures.
- Engagement & Communication: Implement initiatives that increase employee engagement structured feedback and effective internal communication.
- Administration & Payroll: Oversee administrative HR activities (contracts timekeeping special work conditions) and ensure compliance with labor laws and best practices.
- Benefits & Compensation: Conduct market studies interpret data and adapt them to internal needs.
- HR Digitalization: Actively contribute to process automation and the increased use of digital solutions in HR.
- Learning & Development: Define the organizations development strategy with a focus on developing technical skills soft skills and leadership capabilities.
- Performance Management: Design and implement performance evaluation processes aligned with development and retention strategies.
- Strategic Support: Actively involved in building the HR budget shaping the organizational structure and structuring internal departments while conducting HR analysis and ensuring alignment of initiatives with operational realities. Serve as a strategic partner in HR transformation and efficiency efforts across all companies in the group.
Ideal Profile:
- University degree in Human Resources Psychology or a related field; professional certifications (e.g. CIPD HRCI) are a plus.
- 10 years of experience in HR with at least 5 years in direct HR team leadership across all functional areas.
- Experience in dynamic technical or industrial environmentssuch as energy infrastructure or manufacturingis an advantage.
- Experience in managing geographically distributed HR teams.
- Strong knowledge of labor law payroll and HR best practices.
- Experience in structuring HR processes and driving digital transformation.
- Functional leadership strategic thinking hands-on approach and proactive mindset.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with a proactive approach to identifying solutions.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to company sites.
- Advanced English (spoken and written).
