**this is a hybrid 10 month contract based out of Downtown Toronto ON location (4 days in office)**

What you bring:
1 - 3 years of administrative/team support experience in a professional environment real estate highly preferred.
Interest and ability to use new technology (customer relationship management systems billing DocuSign Adobe Pro etc.)
Proficient in intermediate functions including MS Word Excel PowerPoint.
Experience conducting research through MLS MPAC RealNet and/or the Internet if required.
Exceptional administrative skills: demonstrated ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in day-to-day work in an accurate manner.
Attention to detail team-focused attitude and an ability to operate autonomously.
Bonus skills and experience:
Commercial real estate experience a plus
Bachelors degree preferred
What success looks like:
You have strong capacities in planning organization and prioritization of tasks to complete any project entrusted to you.
You will work with advisors and brokerage project specialists to draft and edit listing documents (exclusive and multiple listing service agreements) update internal CRM and internal signage databases.
You will liaise with internal departments and external vendors to process requests for property signage using a variety of applications such as jotforms/google docs.
You will assist in management and coordination of transaction and due diligence processes sign backs going firm amendments subject removals closing documentation deposit monies processing trade records and following up on overdue invoices. Entering deal sheets and submitting completed trade record and supporting paperwork to Deal Administration team.
You are confident in your ability to maintain a good relationship with clients and colleagues in various departments (data research marketing and brokerage project specialists).
You are confident in your ability to coordinate information for clients recent lease/sale reports availability information other required documentation.
You will provide general office support through file management organizing and documenting distribution and Salesforce contacts meeting coordination and note taking general office maintenance invoicing etc.
