About the role:
- Assist the Principal Lawyers of the firms Property team.
- Acting for both tenants and landlords on all property-related matters such as Sales of residential estates management tax treatment contaminated land and crown leases.
- Prepare leases and lease-related documents such as renewals assignments surrenders etc.
The ideal candidate:
- Lawyer with years PQE with a strong technical expertise and a solutions-focused approach.
- Strong research skills and high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels and build rapport with clients.
- A collaborative team-first approach with the ability to run matters autonomously also.
- Proven ability to handle a high volume of files and meet deadlines
