Position Summary:
We are seeking a detailed oriented and proactive Property Management Assistant to support the Shell Mobility India team. The
person plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless operations of property management process.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Rental Payment Processing
Accurately process monthly rental payment in the designated system
Ensure payments are made on time and resolve any issues that may arise.
2. Vendor Payment Management:
Process vendor payments and monitor their status to ensure timely disbursements.
Handle any payment-related queries or issues raised by vendors.
3. Vendor Co-ordination.
Work with Internal teams to create new vendors in the system
Coordinate for all documents from the vendor and ensure all compliance requirements are met.
4. Issue Resolution:
Address and resolve payment discrepancies with vendors and landlords.
Liaise with relevant teams to escalate and resolve system or process-related issues.
5. System Management:
Use GSAP and other internal systems for payment processing data entry and reporting
Ensure accuracy and integrity of data in the systems.
6. Communication and Coordination:
Maintain e ective communication with vendors landlords and internal teams.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on payment status and issue resolution progress.
7. Documentation Management:
Maintain and organize documentation related to real estate
Ensure all documents are accurately tracked updated and stored for easy retrieval.
Skills Required:
Proficiency in GSAP and other property management systems.
Basic knowledge of payment processing and vendor management.
E ecticve communication skills both written and verbal.
Strong documentation management skills.
