Sanda Group in collaboration with Regenta Baywatch Resort Goa is a dynamic conglomerate with diversified interests in wellness hospitality and tourism. Regenta Baywatch Goa is a premier beachside resort known for its hospitality and bespoke vacation experiences. Were looking for a driven Sales / Senior Sales Executive who understands the Mumbai market and is passionate about building meaningful B2B relationships across multiple verticals.
Role Overview
As a Sales / Senior Sales Executive you will be responsible for lead generation client relationship management and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships across the insurance pharma hospitality travel and hotel sectors. Your market understanding of Mumbai will be key to positioning Regenta Baywatch Goa as the preferred destination for corporate travel wellness retreats and offsite events.
Key Responsibilities
Identify develop and manage key B2B accounts in Mumbai across targeted sectors
Generate and convert leads through strategic outreach cold calling and relationship-building
Promote Regenta Baywatch Goa for corporate events offsites leisure travel and wellness retreats
Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches presentations and proposals
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct regular market analysis to identify growth opportunities and trends
Coordinate with the resort team in Goa for seamless client experiences
Represent the brand at industry events trade shows and networking meets
Key Requirements
25 years of experience in sales preferably in hospitality travel or related B2B industries
Strong understanding of Mumbais corporate landscape especially in insurance pharma hospitality and travel sectors
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to generate leads independently and drive the complete sales cycle
Self-motivated with a passion for building long-term client relationships
Willingness to travel occasionally to Goa as required
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or Hospitality Management
Existing network of corporate clients is a strong advantage
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
