Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calls networking and market visits.
Promote and sell steel products to dealers distributors construction companies and OEMs.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable steel products and grades.
Negotiate prices terms and close sales deals within approved guidelines.
Coordinate with logistics and production teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Maintain accurate records of inquiries quotations orders and payments.
Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer feedback.
Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Attend trade fairs exhibitions and customer meetings as required.
Ensure timely collections and maintain customer account hygiene.
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or Engineering (Mechanical/Metallurgy preferred).
1 5 years of sales experience in the steel or heavy industrial sector.
Knowledge of steel products grades applications and pricing.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer focus and ability to meet sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel extensively for client visits and market development.
