Job Description
RecruitNet International Ltd specialises in Healthcare recruitment for Domestic and Overseas candidates for Hospitals Nursing Homes Home care and Community care.
We are hiring CNM 1- Cath Lab in a Hospital in Dublin Ireland.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and plan the units daily patient care activities.
- Examine workloads and skill requirements in order to provide patient care.
- Assign patient care tasks and evaluate staff competencies.
- Assign suitable duties to suitable staff members in accordance with departmental standards professional and legal requirements and other guidelines.
- Keep lines of communication open with the nurse manager about occurrences and needs on the unit.
- Act as the units resource person.
- Help with patient care when required.
- Determine the proper internal controls for the department and set up systems to keep an eye on and enforce adherence to them.
Requirements
- Irelands Nursing & Midwife Board (NMBI) A valid license for a registered general nurse.
- A suitable postgraduate course is preferred. willing to enroll in a postgraduate program within 18 months of starting a clinical coordinator position.
- BLS and ACLS
- Preferably you have two years of clinical experience in the cardiac catheterization lab.
- Teaching skills leadership traits professional judgment the ability to think critically and solve problems and a feeling of professional growth are all required of candidates.
- must exhibit the ability to multitask.
