Job Description
Industry: Pharmaceuticals
Location: Malta
Basis: Full time
Remuneration: Salary Benefits
Main Duties:
- Liaise with banks regarding funds tenders and proposals
- Assist MD with resource allocation for financial operations
- Assist MD in evaluating business opportunities including pricing investments M&A and financing
- Oversee banking relationships proposals and cash flow needs
- Prepare monthly management accounts
- Translate operational understanding into financial insights
- Present monthly management reports to senior management
- Manage monthly payroll and regulatory obligations
- Handle VAT income tax returns payments and refunds
- Coordinate financial statement preparation collaborate with auditors
- Monitor accounts payable stock and debtors to optimize cash flow
- Develop and maintain annual budgets with reforecasts
- Ensure timely delivery of financial information for all Group entities
- Address additional financial requirements for Group operations
What skills do you need:
- A university degree in Accounting or ACCA qualification
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in the MS Office package especially with Excel skills
- Strategically identifies opportunities and challenges to support long-term goals
- Analyzes effectively solves problems adeptly and makes sound decisions
Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
