Job Title: Controller

Job Description:
- Oversee all accounting and financial functions including budgeting reporting and cash flow management.
- Provide clear financial analysis and insights to support leadership decision-making.
- Develop and enforce financial policies procedures and internal controls to ensure compliance and safeguard company assets.
- Lead the annual budgeting and planning process in collaboration with department heads.
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute long-term financial strategies aligned with company goals.
- Manage relationships with auditors lenders and investors.
- Stay current on accounting standards construction accounting practices and industry trends.
