Are you passionate about quality and compliance As a Quality Controller at Onecom youll ensure our sales and customer service calls meet the highest standards. Youll listen to calls provide compliance support and produce performance reports to help improve our sales quality. If youre detail-oriented and committed to excellence this role is for you.

Key responsibilities:
Listen to sales calls to ensure compliance with company and regulatory parameters
Analyse sales calls following in-life requests from the Customer Services Department
Provide help and guidance to the Customer Services team on the sales process and compliance matters
Listen to Customer Service calls for quality assurance with parameters for assessment
Compile and analyse ad-hoc data
Maintain a polite and professional manner at all times
