Duties and Responsibilities:
- Efficiently handle customer inquiries through various channels such as inbound and outbound calls and emails meeting agreed service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Respond to all customer communications promptly and professionally including urgent matters.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of client products and solutions to provide accurate advice and practical alternatives.
- Arrange and coordinate repair appointments for customers products.
- Act as the main contact for resolving support requests and addressing customer complaints.
- Help customers troubleshoot and resolve issues with their purchased products.
- Draft clear precise and customized email responses to customers.
- Conduct research and problem-solving using available tools escalating complex issues when needed.
- Actively work towards meeting individual and team performance targets.
- Recommend additional products and services aligned with customer needs and campaign goals.
- Follow established call scripts knowledge bases and procedures to maintain consistency and quality in customer interactions.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay informed about program updates and process changes.
- Maintain punctuality and adhere strictly to scheduled work shifts.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent in German (spoken and written) with a good command of English (minimum B2 level).
- Preferably holds a college degree or has relevant experience in a related field.
- Previous experience in customer service or similar roles.
- Proficient with computers and able to quickly learn new software systems.
- Excellent listening and communication skills in both supported languages.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Demonstrates patience empathy and resilience in challenging situations.
- Able to stay calm composed and confident when handling difficult or critical calls.
- Basic technical knowledge and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience with ticketing systems and customer satisfaction metrics is a plus.
