Job Description

Location: Budapest Hungary
Work Model: Hybrid
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Address customer inquiries promptly efficiently and professionally within established response timeframes.
  • Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of the clients products and services to provide accurate assistance.
  • Use product manuals and internal resources to deliver suitable solutions to customer questions.
  • Recognize cases that need escalation and forward them to the appropriate department or senior personnel.
  • Precisely document all customer interactions following company guidelines.
  • Manage and keep administrative tasks and records current.
  • Handle customer communications as needed ensuring clarity and thorough documentation.
  • Organize daily tasks and data entry to maintain accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Engage in ongoing performance evaluations based on call quality and customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent in Polish (spoken and written) with good English skills (minimum B2 level).
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred or a strong aptitude for customer-facing roles.
  • Effective organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Confident typing skills with at least 20 words per minute.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure or challenging circumstances.
  • Self-driven able to work independently and confident in making decisions when needed.
  • Willingness to escalate complex issues appropriately and collaborate with the broader team.
