Oversees the daily operations and administrative tasks of clinic and procedural suites specializing in interventional pain management ensure the clinic and procedure areas run smoothly patients receive quality care and the practice meets compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Quality Improvement:Implementing measures to improve patient care reduce costs and enhance the clinics reputation.
Education and Training:
A bachelors degree in a related field (e.g. healthcare administration business management) is preferred. Registered Nurse is preferred.
Experience:
Experience in clinic management or healthcare administration is required (minimum of 3 years). Experience in pain management Operating Room or Procedural experience is highly preferred.
Skills and Abilities:
Strong understanding of healthcare regulations insurance billing procedures and patient care protocols.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills for managing staff and building relationships with patients and providers.
Effective written and verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with patients staff and other healthcare professionals.
