- Lead a portfolio of complex T&D and substation projects across a U.S. region ensuring bottom-line results and client satisfaction.
- Supervise and mentor 2 3 direct reports including project managers in a high-growth environment.
- Serve as a cultural and commercial leader fostering collaboration across teams and clients.
- Drive business development efforts including client relationship management and contract negotiations.
- Interface with other Black & Veatch solutions such as Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and private networks.
- Manage risk profiles and ensure safety leadership across all projects.
